Our Mission

Environmental Modifications specializes in commercial and residential modifications for accessibility. We serve Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma, where we aim to make more public and private space accessible to the elderly and physically challenged. With over 25 years of accessibility credentials, our services range from consulting and minor home modifications to new construction.  We aspire to provide our services with honesty, openness, fairness and integrity. Our company offers the latest in accessibility products as well as above standard construction practices.  Environmental Modification’s employees are the forefront of our business and aim for the highest community and eco-friendly standards.

Our Team

Guy Riley

President

Guy Riley is the owner and founder of Environmental Modifications, which was founded in March of 2016.  Prior to founding Environmental Modifications, Riley served as the Director of Environmental Modifications for Nurses Unlimited since 1995.  Prior to Nurses Unlimited, Riley worked for Ector County ISD as part of the carpentry team.

Guy has worked in the construction field for over 40 years and has specialized in residential accessibility for over 22 years.  He has taught a continuing education course in accessibility since 2008, schooling nurse care managers, insurance adjusters, physical therapists and occupational therapists on achieving higher level of independence for disabled persons.

• CAPS I, CAPS II (Certified Aging in Place Specialist)
• Certified Environmental Access Consultant
• Home Modifications for Patients with Physical and Neurological Disabilities

• Universal Design and Accessible Living

Will Sinclair

Vice-President

Will Sinclair joined Environmental Modifications in August of 2017 performing job assessments, preparing modification plans and supervising construction.  Prior to joining Environmental Modifications, Sinclair held several internship positions in the construction and accessibility field.

Will received his BBA in Finance from Angelo State University and interned in the commercial real estate business throughout.

• Certified Ramp Technician
• Aid to Daily Living Specialist
